How am I billed for my membership? Your credit card on file will be automatically charged for your selected membership level on the 15th of the month.
Where do I pick up my wine? At the XCAL Founder’s Club during normal club hours.
When can I pick up my wine? Orders are ready for pickup on or after the 25th of each month.
Can I change my membership level? Yes, you can adjust your membership level by emailing wineclub@xcal.com.
Can I choose the wines I receive? No, all members receive the same curated selection each month to ensure a premium experience.
Can I add more bottles? Yes! Log in to your account and add extra bottles before the 15th of the month. This order will be billed immediately and ready for pickup with your monthly order.
